The Comerica Bank student credit card credit score requirement was limited credit. It was designed for college students with limited credit history (less than 3 years of credit history). But the card isn't open to new applicants anymore, unfortunately.

If you're looking for a student rewards card that doesn't require a lot of credit history, consider the Discover it Student Chrome Credit Card. You can have limited credit history and still get approved for this card, though you will need an independent source of income for approval if you're under 21.

The Comerica Bank student credit card needed only a fair credit score or limited credit history for approval. Unfortunately, you can no longer apply for it.

If you're looking for a good credit card for students, I'd suggest the Deserve EDU Mastercard, for which you can also apply with fair credit or limited history.

It offers 1% cash back, $0 foreign transaction fee and $0 annual fee. Also, you don't even need an SSN to apply, so it's a great choice if you're an international student!
