How can I do a balance transfer with Comerica Visa Platinum?

You can request a balance transfer with the Comerica Visa Platinum by phone or online.

To request a balance transfer by phone, call 800-558-3424 and enter your card number to get connected with a customer service representative. 

To initiate a Comerica Visa Platinum balance transfer online, go to this page and log into your account or enroll in online banking. After this:

1. Select the desired credit account from the "Your Accounts" Page.
2. Select the "Balance Transfer" link below the "Account" menu on the "Services" tab.
3. Select your offer and complete the balance transfer.

You will even be able to request a balance transfer during the first step of your online application process. Simply choose Yes in the BALANCE TRANSFERS field and enter the total approximate amount. You'll have a chance to add more details later in the application. 

Whether you make your request by phone or online, you will need to provide the account number for the card the balance is being transferred from, the name and address associated with it, and the amount you want to transfer.
