It should take no more than 10 business days to get the Credit One Bank® Platinum Visa® for Rebuilding Credit after you get approved. If your card doesn’t arrive within the given time frame, then call customer service at (877) 825-3242. At the moment, Credit One does not offer expedited delivery.

Upon receiving the card, you need to activate it. To do that, you will have to call the phone number attached to your new card. If you don’t activate the card within 14 days after you’ve received it, then Credit One might close your account.
