For a Scott Credit Union credit card a fair (640+) credit score is needed, in case you're applying for the Extreme Visa card. There's also the possibility to apply for this card with an absolute zero credit score or previous credit history with SCU's Credit Builder Program.

And for SCU’s Secured Visa card you can apply even with a limited credit history.

Keep in mind that an application may result in a hard pull on your credit, lowering your score for a short period of time.
