The easiest way you can check your Discover it chrome application status is online. Just enter your Social Security Number and ZIP code and, lastly, click on “Continue.”

Alternatively, you can check the status of your application over the phone, by calling customer service at (800) 347-3085. When prompted, say “application status” and then “new credit card application.” You will then be connected to a live representative who should be able to inform you about the status of your Discover it chrome application.

Keep in mind that it usually takes 7-10 business until you receive Discover’s decision on your application. If you get denied, you can ask for reconsideration by calling (800) 347-2683.
