You can get pre-approved for the First PREMIER® Bank Mastercard Credit Card right before you apply for the card. When you click the "Apply Now" button, you are required to go through the pre-approval process, which does not affect your credit score. After that, if you are eligible, you can decide whether to apply or not.

Just keep in mind that getting pre-approved for a First PREMIER® Bank Mastercard Credit Card means that your chances of being approved for an account are very high if you apply, but it does not mean that approval is guaranteed.

You should also know that if you decide to submit an application for the card, First Premier Bank will conduct a hard inquiry, which will lead to a slight but temporary decrease in your credit score.
