You can activate your First PREMIER® Bank Secured Credit Card by simply paying the security deposit. The minimum amount required to activate the card and open the account is $200. Please note that you have 85 days from the moment you're approved to fund the minimum security deposit. If you don't pay it by then, your application will be withdrawn.

The fastest way to fund the security deposit is online, using either a debit card or credit card. If you pay by check, First Premier Bank may hold your funds for up to 6 days. This means that your credit card may not be available to use for transactions for up to 10 days.
