You can apply for the First Savings Credit Card even with a credit score of 300 (bad credit). But the issuer will also take other factors into consideration when deciding about your approval, such as your:

Debts

I replied to pre-approved mail offer, my score is 654 was approved, pop up stated I will receive the card within 30 days, a pin, a contract, snd a letter with limit info.

I'm 1 year post chapter 13
