Ways to Pay Your Fortiva Credit Card:
Online: Log in to your online account and click on the payment button from the main menu.
Through the mobile app: Download the app for iOS or Android. Then, log in to your account, select your card, and tap on “Make Payment”.
Over the phone: Call (800) 245-7741 or the number on the back of your card and enter your card information. Then, follow the prompts to make a credit card payment.
Via mail: Send a check or money order (but not cash) to the mailing address on your billing statement. Make sure to send it early enough that it will arrive by the due date. Write your credit card number on the check, too.
It is worth noting that Fortiva Credit Card cardholders can set up automatic payments, as well.

How to Log in to a Fortiva Credit Card Account
Register your Fortiva credit card for online account access. Click “Not enrolled? Sign Up Now” and enter your name, your date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number to verify your credit card account.
Choose your Fortiva username and password. The username must be between 7 and 100 characters, including special characters, and no spaces. The password must contain 8 to 15 characters and have at least one letter and one number, and it cannot contain the username. The password is case sensitive and may contain special characters.
Log in with your new Fortiva credentials. From the login page on the Fortiva website or mobile app, fill out the User Name and Password fields using your new credentials, then click “Sign In” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your Fortiva credit card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
If you forget your login information, click “Forgot Password or User Name” on the Fortiva login page. Then, just follow the prompts to reset or retrieve your username or password.
