You cannot get the Opensky Visa card if you're from Canada.

You must have a valid Social Security Number or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number and be a United States citizen or permanent resident.

When you apply for the Opensky Visa, the issuer will ask you for your name, street address, date of birth, and other information that will allow them to identify you. You may be asked to provide your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
