The best unsecured credit card to build credit is the Credit One Visa.

You shouldn't expect a high credit limit though. Unsecured credit cards offer modest credit limits and are an expensive way to rebuild credit.

You should expect a credit limit of at least $300 (and as much as $500) but your annual fee could be as high as $75 the first year and $99 thereafter.

With this said, you may also want to consider the Capital One Secured MasterCard, which has the potential to be “partially secured,” providing a credit line as high as $200 for a deposit as low as $49.
