Cardholders earn 7 Hilton Honors Bonus Points $1 spent at hotels and resorts within the Hilton portfolio, 5 points per $1 at U.S. restaurants, U.S. supermarkets, and U.S. gas stations, and 3 points per $1 on all other purchases. Points earned with the card will posted to the cardholder’s Hilton Honors account within 12 weeks from the end of the billing period in which they were earned.

There’s also an initial bonus of 70,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points and a Free Night Reward after spending $1,000 in the first 3 months. You can redeem points earned toward stays at Hilton hotels, however, they’re worth around a half cent apiece, a rate that’s significantly less than most hotel rewards cards.
