You can get a replacement for your Home Depot® Business Credit Card by logging in to your online account, using the Home Depot App for iOS and Android, or by calling customer service at (800) 677-0232. There is no fee to get a Home Depot® Business Credit Card replacement, which should arrive within 5-7 business days.
How to Get a Home Depot® Business Credit Card Replacement
- Online: Log in to your online account. Click the "Help & Contact Us" tab and then select the link to "Report a Lost or Stolen Card".
- Mobile App: Log in to the iOS or Android mobile app and tap the "Help & Contact Us" tab. After that, select the link to "Report a Lost or Stolen Card".
- Phone: Call customer service at (800) 677-0232. Be prepared to provide any personal information requested to verify your identity. Follow the prompts to submit your request.
You can request a Home Depot® Business Credit Card replacement if the current card is stolen, lost or damaged. You don’t have to request a replacement if your current card is about to expire, though. The issuer will automatically send a new card before the current one expires. Contact customer service if you have not received a replacement card by the expiration date.
