In order to determine how long it takes for a Walmart credit card payment to post, it's important to know that different payment methods post with different speed.

If you submit your payment online via your Walmart card account, or if you make a payment over the phone, it should be processed in 2-3 days. If you set up E-Payment, the payment retrieved from your linked bank account will post on the same day.

Payments made in a Walmart store will be posted within 24-48 hours of the transaction, please keep in mind that you need to take your credit card statement with you.
