You can cancel your HDFC card by calling the toll-free customer care 1-800-425-4332 and request for the cancellation of your credit card.

You can also download the Credit Card Closure Form from www.hdfcbank.com and fill it up. After filling it up, you can send it to the Manager, HDFC Bank Credit Cards, PO Box 8654, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-600041.

If you opt for the written request, you are required to mention important details like your card number, name, address, and contact details. However, they should not divulge confidential details like the card's CVV number and PIN.
