To redeem Fred Meyer Credit Card points, sign in to your online account and select the “Rewards” tab, which will show the available points, along with the different redemption options. It’s also possible to redeem points over the phone, by calling customer service at (877) 373-6194.

How to Redeem Fred Meyer Credit Card Points Online

Log in to your online account.
Go to the “Rewards” tab.
Choose your redemption option.
Select the number of points to redeem.
Submit your request.

Points Redemption Options

Once you have earned at least 1,000 points ($10), you have the option to redeem for a statement credit or Real-Time Rewards. You can enroll in Real-Time Rewards from your online account. Once you’re enrolled, you'll be able to instantly redeem earned rewards after making qualifying Kroger Family of Store purchases. You will receive a text with the option to redeem if your rewards balance is at least 1,000 points and your purchase amount is also at least $10. Reply to the text with "Redeem" to use your earned rewards as a statement credit for the purchases.

Once you have earned at least 2,500 points ($25), you have the option to redeem for a $25 Kroger Family of Companies Gift Card.

Just keep in mind that your reward points expire after 36 months, so make sure to redeem them before then.
