• When you’re first approved:
  You don’t have to wait for the card to arrive. When you’re approved for a Walmart Credit Card, you’ll get a temporary number to use for Walmart purchases, which will post to your normal account.
• With the Walmart app:
  Download the app for free from the App Store or Google Play, then hit the “Payment” banner at the bottom of the screen. From there, you’ll be able to link your credit card or temporary card number. You can then scan the QR code in the app at checkout to pay using your Walmart credit card without the card.
• Online:
  You don’t need the physical card as long as long as you have the number, expiration date and security code. Keep in mind that Walmart.com is the only website the Walmart® Store Card works on.
