I got this card and the first purchase was in store. Well after I got home I put in a payment online to pay it off. Apparently when putting in my checking account online I must of transposed a number because it came back to them as no such payment. I had no knowledge of this until I went to see it it credited my account and it showed as being returned to them. So I checked the checking account number I gave them, realized my mistake and issued a new payment. I called the to let them know what happened and they said they have closed my account and that I needed to make 3 payments on the account on time and they would reinstate the credit card. Oh and there wasn't even a payment due for 20 days! So now I have a zero balance on the card, the account is closed until I make those on time payments. I'm VERY upset as I have no balance to even make payments on to get the card back but with it on my credit report for a card I can't use will just make my score lower! This card SUCKS!… show more
