How to File a Claim
To file a Chase Ink purchase protection claim, call the Chase Benefit Administrator at (888) 320-9956 or visit eclaimsline.com within 90 days of a covered loss. You must submit a completed claim form and any supporting documents within 120 days of the incident. You should be reimbursed within five business days after the claim is verified and all requested documents have been received.
Chase Ink approval odds are highest for applicants with a personal credit score of 700 or above, proof of business income, and fewer than five credit card accounts opened in the past 24 months.
