If you lost your Lowe's Store Card, you should immediately report it either online or over the phone at (800) 444-1408. How to Report a Lost Lowe's Store Card

You should receive a replacement card within 7-10 days. When you receive your new Lowe's Store Card, you’ll need to activate it before you can make any purchases. Also, if there are any recurring charges linked to the old Lowe's Store Card, make sure to update those accounts with your new card information.
