You can reach the Lufthansa Credit Card customer service by following these steps:

Call the customer service department at (866) 928-8598.
When asked for the credit card number, say “I don’t know it.”
You’ll be prompted multiple times to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN. Just remain silent.
Wait to be connected to a representative.
