The Lufthansa Credit Card travel insurance benefit includes travel accident insurance and rental car insurance. Travel accident insurance covers you for up to $250,000 in the event of loss of life or serious injury. Rental car insurance provides coverage for damage to the rental vehicle that results from collision or theft. To get coverage, the trip and rental purchases have to be charge to the card.

To file a Lufthansa Credit Card travel insurance claim, you’ll have to contact the Benefit Administrator at (800) 627-8372. For details on timeframes and coverage limits, check the guide to benefits that came with your Lufthansa Credit Card.
