Your Macy's credit card cash advance limit will depend on your entire credit limit and will be a portion of it.

Please note that you can get cash advances at ATMs with your Macy's card but only after your account is upgraded to the Macy's American Express. Also, you will need to call the number on the back of your card to obtain a PIN.

Watch out, because there is a transaction fee for cash advances (either $5 or 4% of the amount of the cash advance, whichever is greater). A very high interest is charged from the transaction date, even if you pay your entire balance by the payment due date each month.

All in all, try to avoid cash advances because they're very expensive.

My green direct Express card keeps saying no transactions and it money on the card and it not letting me take no money off the card
