You can reach Macy's Credit Card customer service either through their online chat or over the phone at (888) 257-6757. For hearing impaired, you can use the Telecommunications Relay Services to contact Macy's Credit Card customer service by dialing 711. You may also call the same phone numbers for any questions you might have about the Macy's Store Card.

- When prompted, either say the reason for your call or press “1.”
