It's unlikely to get approved for any unsecured credit card, including the Menards Store Credit Card, with a bankruptcy on your credit report. You may be able to get approved for the Credit One Platinum, as their approval requirements are more lenient if you went through a bankruptcy, but in the end it does not offer guaranteed approval.

In order to gain eligibility for unsecured cards, it is important that you first apply for a secured credit card, so that you can improve your credit history.
