The Milestone Credit Card does not have rewards. Its main purpose is to help people with bad credit rebuild their credit standing. For example, people with negatives like a bankruptcy on their credit report might find the Milestone Credit Card worth applying for. It doesn’t have a minimum deposit requirement either, so emergency financing is accessible, but you’ll have to keep its 24.9% APR in mind.
Alternative credit cards to the Milestone Credit Card that offer rewards
People with bad credit or no credit who are looking for rewards will have to consider other options. The Credit One Bank® Platinum Visa® for Rebuilding Credit is one possibility. It offers 1% cash back on gas and grocery purchases, as well as 1% back on mobile phone, internet, cable and satellite TV services.
Or, there’s the Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Secured Credit Card, which offers up to 3% cash back in a category of your choice, 2% back at grocery stores and wholesale clubs (up to $2,500 spent quarterly in the 3% and 2% categories combined), and 1% back on all other purchases. But it requires a refundable security deposit of at least $300 to open the account, unlike the Milestone Credit Card.
