The only travel insurance the Mission Lane Card has is rental car insurance. It covers damage or theft of rental cars, valid loss-of-use charges, and customary towing charges to the nearest qualified repair facility. Cardholders are covered up to the total cash value of the car. To get the coverage, though, you must decline the rental agency’s insurance and pay for the rental entirely with the Mission Lane Card.

Here’s how to file a claim:

In case of damage or theft, call (800) 348-8472 immediately. The benefit administrator will send you a claim form to fill. You will need to submit the claim form, along with any requested supporting documents no later than 90 after the incident. For faster processing, you can file your claim online.
