How to Log in to a Old Navy Credit Card Credit Card Account
Register your Old Navy Credit Card credit card for online account access. Click “REGISTER NOW” and enter your account number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number to verify your credit card account.
Choose your Old Navy Credit Card card username and password. The username must be between 6 and 40 characters, including special characters, but no spaces. The password must contain from 6 to 40 characters and have at least one letter and one number. The password is case sensitive and may contain special characters.
Log in with your new Old Navy Credit Card card credentials. From the login page on the Synchrony Bank website or mobile app, fill out the User Name and Password fields using your new credentials, and click “LOG IN” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your Old Navy Credit Card card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
If you forget your login information, click “I forgot my User Name or Password” on the Synchrony Bank login page. Then, just follow the prompts to reset or retrieve your username or password.

Before you take out an Old Navy Credit Card cash advance, it’s important to note that it is a very expensive transaction. For starters, there’s a 5% (min $10) cash advance fee. There’s also a separate cash advance APR of 26.99% (V) that applies as soon as you withdraw the cash. There may be ATM-owner fees, too.
Also, keep in mind that unlike the Old Navy Credit Card, which belongs to the Visa network, the Old Navy Store Card does not allow cash advances and can only be used at Old navy, Gap, Banana Republic, or Athlete, both online, and in-store.
