Yeah, that phone number leads nowhere, it has a cancel your credit card option on the robot voice, but that says you have to call some other phone number that's not even associated with them, and at this number they are for credit counseling. So looks like they just want to make it as difficult as possible to cancel so they can keep getting that annual fee from you. Pretty garbage. The only way you can contact them is by mail. That's right, it's 2022, they built a website, but they don't use email... trash company.
Not only can you not speak to a person on the phone, nor can you email, you can no go paperless. This was a huge scam.
