What you should know about Capital One ATMs
Capital One ATMs are on the MoneyPass and AllPoint ATM networks. So, even if you don’t see the Capital One name on the ATM, you can make transactions at any MoneyPass or AllPoint ATM without any fees. A non-Capital One ATM that’s not on one of these networks will likely charge you a fee of a few dollars for the use of the machine.
Capital One has more than 70,000 ATM locations nationwide. You’ll find them at select Target, Walgreens and CVS stores, in addition to local Capital One branches.

You CLEARLY don’t know what you are talking about. I just made a cash payment on my Capital One Credit Card at a Capital One ATM and it credited immediately.
