You can't pay your Menards credit card in store. They only accept payments online, by mail or by phone.

Online: Log in to your account here and make your payment.
By mail: Send your payment to the following address: Menards Retail Services, P.O. Box 4144, Carol Stream, IL 60197-4144
By phone: The Menards credit card customer service phone number for payments is 1-800-871-2800.

That’s not true. They accept payments at the service/returns desk. I can verify this because I work there.

Yes you can pay your big card in store. You can only pay at the Service/Returns desk that's located at entrance. I can vouch because I work at Menards as a cashier/at service desk.
