Cardholders can set up Petal® 1 Visa® Credit Card automatic payments through their online account or the WebBank mobile app. Calling customer service at 1 (855) 697-3825 also is an option. Once you’re enrolled, WebBank will withdraw the payment amount from your linked bank account on the scheduled date.
How to Set Up Petal 1 Card Automatic Payments:
- Log in to your online account via the WebBank website or mobile app.
- Find “Settings” on the account home page and then select “Autopay”
- Enter your bank account routing number and account number. This is the account from which WebBank will deduct your payment each month.
- Select your payment amount. Choose from the minimum amount due, the current balance, the statement balance, or a customized amount that is more than the minimum payment.
You should always make sure your bank account has enough funds for the payment a few days before the due date, to be safe. And once you’re enrolled in automatic payments, don’t forget to review your recent transactions regularly.
