With the Petal Credit Card fraud protection, the issuer monitors your account transactions 24/7 so they can detect fraudulent activity as soon as possible. If they spot an unusual charge, they may contact you to confirm that you made the charge. In some cases, a temporary hold is put on your account and they send you a notification before the charge is approved.

If you think you may have fraudulent activity on your Petal Credit Card account, freeze your card and call Petal right away at 1-855-697-3825.

You can also report fraud online or from the mobile app on iOS and Android, by clicking on the transaction you'd like to dispute in your activity feed and clicking "I don’t recognize this transaction".
