You cannot pre-qualify for the Target Credit Card.

The Target Credit Card only requires fair credit or better (a credit score of 640+) for good odds of approval, though. Other factors, such as your income, debt and overall ability to make credit card payments will also be taken into consideration. If you don’t know where you stand, you can check your credit score for free, right here on WalletHub.

Applying for the Target Credit Card will trigger a hard inquiry on your credit report, which can result in a slight dip in your credit score.
