Online: Log in to your Prosper account to see your Prosper® Card balance.
By Phone: Call 1-800-903-4697 and follow the prompts to have the automated system read your current balance.
By App: Log in to the Prosper app. Your credit card balance will be shown on the home screen.
It’s a good idea to keep an eye on your Prosper® Card balance. If your balance seems higher than it should be, take a moment to look over your recent transactions for anything out of the ordinary.
To log in to your Prosper® Card account, go to the login page on the Prosper website or mobile app and enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. Then, click “Log in” to access your online account.
Fill out the “Email” and “Password” fields with your credentials.
Click “Log in” to access your account.
After you have logged in, you’ll be able to manage your Prosper® Card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.

Keep in mind that you can ask to get a credit limit increase by calling the Prosper customer service at the number you see on the back of your card. But it’s best not to do that more than once a year. Prosper will also evaluate your account periodically to determine whether you are eligible for a credit limit increase. Paying on time and keeping your credit utilization low are key for getting unsolicited credit line increases with Prosper.
The objective of a balance transfer is to save money on interest, so you will want a card with a low introductory APR on balance transfers. Just be sure to pay off the transferred balance in full before the introductory rate expires. Otherwise, the remaining balance will accumulate interest daily at the cards regular APR.
