You can't. They have the most disfunctional customer service imaginable. You will initially be put on hold for at least 15-20 minutes. If you are lucky, you will finally be connected to a low IQ person who has minimal knowledge of the English language, perhaps 40-50 words. You will have to speak to them very slowly, as if speaking to a four-year-old...and then repeat everything at least 3X as they continually talk over you while reading a script. There will be no lateral communication. This applies even when you are attempting to pay them. Then you will be put on hold again for at least another five to ten minutes. If you request a supervisor, you may be fortunate enough to be connected to a person who is competent...after wasting at least a half hour of your life, for what is normally accomplished in less than five minutes.
The easiest way you can pay your Reflex Credit Card is either online or over the phone, by calling (800) 518-6142. Alternatively, you can pay your credit card bill through the mobile app for iOS and Android, or via mail.

Just keep in mind that mail payments need to be sent at least 5-7 business days prior to your due date to make sure they arrive on time. Meanwhile, online and phone payments only take 1-3 business days to post.

The automated voice or customer service rep will tell you if your application is pending, approved, or denied.
Typically, you’ll receive Celtic Bank’s decision on your application within up to 30 days. Many applicants are approved much sooner than that. If you haven’t heard back within a reasonable time frame, you can always call customer service to ask about the delay.
