You can't. They have the most disfunctional customer service imaginable. You will initially be put on hold for at least 15-20 minutes. If you are lucky, you will finally be connected to a low IQ person who has minimal knowledge of the English language, perhaps 40-50 words. You will have to speak to them very slowly, as if speaking to a four-year-old...and then repeat everything at least 3X as they continually talk over you while reading a script. There will be no lateral communication. This applies even when you are attempting to pay them. Then you will be put on hold again for at least another five to ten minutes. If you request a supervisor, you may be fortunate enough to be connected to a person who is competent...after wasting at least a half hour of your life, for what is normally accomplished in less than five minutes.
