You can't. They have the most disfunctional customer service imaginable. You will initially be put on hold for at least 15-20 minutes. If you are lucky, you will finally be connected to a low IQ person who has minimal knowledge of the English language, perhaps 40-50 words. You will have to speak to them very slowly, as if speaking to a four-year-old...and then repeat everything at least 3X as they continually talk over you while reading a script. There will be no lateral communication. This applies even when you are attempting to pay them. Then you will be put on hold again for at least another five to ten minutes. If you request a supervisor, you may be fortunate enough to be connected to a person who is competent...after wasting at least a half hour of your life, for what is normally accomplished in less than five minutes.
The easiest way you can pay your Reflex Credit Card is either online or over the phone, by calling (800) 518-6142. Alternatively, you can pay your credit card bill through the mobile app for iOS and Android, or via mail.
Phone: If you prefer to make a payment over the phone, call customer service at (800) 518-6142.
Mobile app: You can also pay your Reflex Credit Card through the mobile app for iOS and Android.
Mail: Lastly, you can send a check or money order (but not cash) to the following address: Reflex Card P.O. Box 6812 Carol Stream, IL 60197-6812
Just keep in mind that mail payments need to be sent at least 5-7 business days prior to your due date to make sure they arrive on time. Meanwhile, online and phone payments only take 1-3 business days to post.
