If the statement balance is less than $35, the Reflex card minimum payment will be equal to the balance. In addition, if you recently missed a payment, Celtic Bank may add a late fee to your minimum payment.

The automated voice or customer service rep will tell you if your application is pending, approved, or denied.
Typically, you’ll receive Celtic Bank’s decision on your application within up to 30 days. Many applicants are approved much sooner than that. If you haven’t heard back within a reasonable time frame, you can always call customer service to ask about the delay.
Your Reflex Credit Card payment will post the same day, if you link your credit card to your checking account and both are with the same bank.
