Yeah, but only is you have the Sam’s Club MasterCard. You may obtain a quick cash advance not only at Sam’s Club but at Walmart and other retailers which accept MasterCard as well, up to $100 per day.
The store version does not work for cash advances at Walmart. You can't get cash advances on a store card.

The Sams club MC cannot be used for quick cash at this time at sams club or walmart. The WM MC can be used for quick cash at Walmart only.
