Any gas station is eligible for Sears credit card rewards. Just make sure the Merchant Category Code assigned to the business is 5541 & 5542 - gas station.

Many credit cards provide different rewards earning rates for purchases made in different spending categories – such as gas, groceries or dining – which makes the way a given merchant is classified very important.
