You can get a Citi Simplicity Card cash advance from any ATM that accepts cards on the Mastercard network. To do so, insert the card in the ATM, then enter your PIN and choose the cash advance option. After that, input the amount, and collect the cash and your card. You can also get a cash advance at a Citibank branch, but make sure to bring a government issued photo ID with you.
Here's what you need to know about Citi Simplicity Card cash advances:
- How to get a Citi Simplicity Card cash advance: You can get a cash advance at an ATM or by visiting your local bank branch. To get a cash advance from an ATM, you will need a PIN. If you don’t already have a PIN, you can request one from Citibank.
- Citi Simplicity Card cash advance fee: 5% (min $10) of each cash advance transaction. In addition to the Citi Simplicity Card cash advance fee, there may be additional ATM fees, depending on where you withdraw the money from.
- Citi Simplicity Card cash advance APR: 29.99% (V). There is no grace period, so the interest applies to your balance immediately and accrues daily.
- Citi Simplicity Card cash advance limit: Your cash advance limit will be a portion of your entire credit limit, which will depend on your creditworthiness.
The full price of a Citi Simplicity Card cash advance is the fee plus the total amount of interest you end up paying. The sooner you repay what you owe, the less it will cost you. Cash advances are costly transactions, so it's best to reserve them for emergencies only.

It's 5% or ten bucks, depending on how much you withdraw. That's without the interest, because of course there will be interest.
