The cash advance limit for the South State Bank Visa® Platinum Card is 25% of your credit line. In time, if you use your card responsibly, South State Bank might raise that limit to 50% of your credit line.

Keep in mind that a cash advance does not come with a grace period. An APR of 28.24% (V) will be applied from the moment of the transaction. On top of that, you will also have to pay a 5% (min $10) fee. There may also be ATM-owner fees, depending on where you make the cash advance.

As you can see, a cash advance can be expensive. If you get one, try to pay it off as quickly as possible.
