Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid Social Security Number
Bank account requirement: Must have a checking account at a bank in the U.S.
You can apply for the Target Credit Card online or in person at a local Target store. You may be approved instantly if your doesn’t require application additional review. Otherwise, it can take 7-10 business days to receive a decision.
If approved, you will also be able to make purchases right away. You will receive a temporary credit card to use until your actual card arrives.
