Yes, you can transfer Citibank points to another person, as long as the recipient of the points also has a Citibank card enrolled in the Citi ThankYou Rewards program. To transfer Citibank points to another person, go to the Citi ThankYou Rewards page and choose the “Points Sharing” option after logging in to your Citibank account online.
