Otherwise, you may receive a promotional rate offer code in the mail which you can use to transfer any balances. Without a promotional offer, transferring a balance will have an APR of 16.74% - 26.74% (V).
Keep in mind that the U.S. Bank Platinum has a balance transfer fee of 3% (min $5), and the maximum transferable amount cannot be greater than 95% of your credit limit.
