The Uber Credit Card’s credit score requirement was in line with what it takes to get other Barclays (the card’s issuer) credit cards; they all require at least good or excellent credit. But your credit score isn’t the only thing Barclays will consider when evaluating your application, either. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a credit card. They’ll also take your income into account. If you’re under 21, you must have independent income to qualify—i.e., not someone else’s shared income. Also, they won’t approve you for a card if you’ve defaulted with them in the past.
