The best unsecured Capital One credit card with no annual fee is the Capital One Platinum Credit Card. You can apply for it with limited history credit and it is perfect for credit building, because it reports to all 3 major credit bureaus.

Another unsecured Capital One credit card without an annual fee is the Quicksilver Cash Rewards Credit Card. This card offers $200 initial bonus for purchases of at least $500 in the first 3 months of account opening.

Besides that, it offers 1.5% cash back, but you need at least a good credit to qualify for it.
