By phone: Call 1-800-285-8585 and enter your Social Security number and your new card number when prompted.
Online: Go to the U.S. Bank online card verification page. Enter your account number, code on the back of the card, expiration date, last 4 digits of your Social Security number and ZIP code, then submit the verification.

Through the mobile app: Download the app for Android or iOS and log in to your account. Then, select “Manage Cards”, tap on “Activate Card”, and select “Continue”. After that, provide your card information and last four digits of your SSN, then tap on “Activate”.
