To freeze a U.S. Bank Altitude Go Card, log in to your online account or the U.S. Bank mobile app and navigate to “Lock or Unlock Card." You can also call U.S. Bank customer service at 1 (800) 285-8585 and ask them to freeze your card, though it is much easier to lock and unlock a credit card on the app.

How to Freeze a U.S. Bank Altitude Go Card Online

Locking your U.S. Bank Altitude Go Card will stop new purchases and transactions on your card and any authorized user cards. But it will continue to allow pending or recurring transactions, credits, refunds, and fees. To start using your credit card at full capacity again, just navigate back to the Lock or Unlock Card page and unlock the U.S. Bank Altitude Go Card.
