The U.S. Bank Altitude® Connect Visa Signature® Card concierge is a free benefit that acts like an on-demand personal assistant for cardholders. U.S. Bank Altitude Connect cardholders can contact the concierge by calling 1 (800) 953-7392 to ask for help with nearly anything, from travel and purchase assistance to directions and restaurant reservations. Contacting the concierge is free, but the cardholder is responsible for any purchases they authorize the concierge to make.

Things the U.S. Bank Altitude Connect Concierge Can Help With:

Booking travel
Purchasing tickets to events
Making restaurant reservations
Recommending and purchasing gifts
Arranging transportation
Trying to locate lost baggage

By phone: Call 1-800-285-8585 and enter your Social Security number and your new card number when prompted.

Online: Go to the U.S. Bank online card verification page. Enter your account number, code on the back of the card, expiration date, last 4 digits of your Social Security number and ZIP code, then submit the verification.
