No, the U.S. Bank Cash+ card doesn't accept joint applications. You can, however, add a joint owner to an existing U.S. Bank account.
You can do this online by signing in to your account.
From the My Accounts page click on Customer Service, then Self-Service. From the Credit Cards, Charge Cards, Personal Lines section, choose Manage My Accounts. You can download or directly print the Add Joint Owner PDF.
Fill out the form and make sure you and your potential joint owner both sign it. Then fax it to 1-866-568-7729 or send it via mail to:
Cardmember Service
PO Box 6352 Fargo
ND 58125-6352
You can also fill out and sign the form in person at your local U.S. Bank location.
